Drop Styles

Ready To Ship Drops - typically every Thursday evening at 7PM CST. 
  • sales are ready to ship and ship within 3-5 business days of ordering
  • quantities & sizes are limited 
  • ready to ship sales do sell out fast on load night and we typically do not restock styles
  • typically Sezzle is not available for ready to ship drops, as the payment gateway tends to oversell the drop when active - all other payment methods are accepted for ready to ship drops
  • be sure you have a J+J account and sign in prior to completing your checkout, this ensures that tracking information is sent to your email - if you checkout as a guest with no login or email at checkout, unfortunately, you will not receive the tracking email automatically 
  • are able to be returned for shop credit (gift card only) - please see shop policies

Preorder Drops - these do not load on a set day, typically a new preorder opens once per week

  • preorder drops are not ready to ship - you are preordering your garment in your selected size & style and it will be made especially for you and ship at a later date ♡
  • preorder listings always have "preorder notes" which include very important and detailed info, including the estimated turn around time, cancellation policies for preorders, return policies for preorders, and more
  • preorders are typically open for ordering anywhere between 1-5 days of sale start date - once we hit the maximum number of orders we can accept, the sale does close 
  • be sure you have a J+J account and sign in prior to completing your checkout, this ensures that tracking information is sent to your email when the preorder is ready - if you checkout as a guest with no login or email at checkout, unfortunately, you will not receive the tracking email automatically

Extras Drops - these do not load on a set day, they drop at random

  • these drops include "extras" of preorders that we have already shipped to customers who ordered from original sale
  • these are ready to ship and very limited
  • are able to be returned for shop credit (gift card only) - please see shop policies

Warehouse Sale - these do not load on a set day, they drop at random

  • these drops are ready to ship and very limited
  • garments listed as "warehouse sale" are considered to have material and/or workmanship flaws and are discounted under retail pricing
  • they are called "warehouse sale" because these are pieces we have to keep behind in our "warehouse" and can not list them as retail due to their characteristics/and or discounted due to season.
  • please review our warehouse sale tab in our shop policies to read more about this type sale prior to purchasing
  • all warehouse garments must pass a quality check before we list them to ensure they are overall still in good wearable condition
  • these garments are considered to be new and unwashed despite being flawed
  • warehouse sale garments may arrive in different packing and may/may not have a hang tag
  • all warehouse sales are final sale and can not be returned

 

Important Checkout Notes For All Types Of Drops:

We are unable to make to make adjustments/cancel orders after checkout is complete. This includes change/addition of discount codes, size/style changes, address changes, combining shipping, etc. We would love to be more accommodating but it is not possible for these changes to be made as it tends to cause issues we can not fix throughout the multiple platforms that we use. For this reason it is very important that you:

    • Read listing details in full - including size chart.
    • Confirm the correct style + size is added your cart.
    • Be sure you have entered any discount codes in the correct box & that they have applied correctly to your cart - some payment methods that we offer ask you leave our site to checkout, the discount code box does not display off our site, so it important that you enter the code on the site checkout page and THEN complete your checkout with your choice of payment processor (ex. Shop Pay, Paypal, Amazon Pay)
    • Checkout only once to save on shipping. 
    • Be sure your shipping address is correct.
