Please head over to our shop policies to review order change FAQs. Once an order is placed it can not be cancelled for any reason per policies. Of course we will try our best to accommodate you regardless!

If you need to make an address change, please email in with your order # and new address. Simply updating your address in your shop account WILL NOT change the address of previously placed orders, it will only take effect on new orders placed, please make sure you email in to change address on existing orders if need be.

Simply follow your inbox! As we prepare to ship your order(s) you will receive a email notification with the tracking # for your shipment. 

Please check your spam folder if you are not seeing an email in your general inbox. 

Also, if you sign into your shop account on the site, it will pull up your order history with status such as fulfilled or unfulfilled which is a great way to see your current status + tracking.

If you checkout as a "guest" which means you did not create a shop account prior to ordering, or you were not signed into your shop account prior to ordering - the site recognizes you as a guest checkout, in which your email/phone # is not collected. If your email/phone # is not collected the site has no where to send the order confirmation. 


We highly suggest always signing into your shop account before you shop.
