*Our Preorder Shipping Estimates + Updates + Policies page is being updated in a new easier to read format, you should see these changes to the page shortly. Websites aesthetics will also be updated during this time as well as new functions to filter by size and more! In addition to the upcoming new page layouts and aesthetics, any preorder updates to a collection will now also be sent to your email if it pertains your order. There are no changes being made to our actual preorder policies, shop policies, etc. only the layout of pages will change as will the website aesthetics. :: The following will serve as a dedicated page to follow estimated shipping dates for preorders + updates regarding them. Please note, this is the only place we post updates to preorders etc. - this allows you to freely check all the info in one set place without worrying if an email missed your inbox or worrying if you missed a social media update - we recommend checking this page every Monday to see if any updates have been posted. If you have any questions about a preorder please send us an email with your order # so we can be of best help (please do not send order inquires on FB or IG as we can not keep an accurate log via those platforms). Preorder Notes + Policies: (these are noted in EACH preorders listing within the garments text so that you may view prior to purchasing, we understand it is long and boring, but it is meant to be helpful and informative so you understand our policies prior to placing any order). Here a link is our full preorders policy :: but below you will find a brief summary ::

  • By placing an order for a PRE-ORDER garment you are acknowledging that you understand that the garment is not yet made/ready to ship, and it will ship after production is complete, at the later estimated date in the listing. 
  • Preorders are made especially for you in your selected sized. Because of this you are unable to cancel a preorder once the order is placed for any reason per preorder policies. Preorders are able to be returned once received - however, please keep in mind that all returns, credits, adjustments, etc. are processed in the form of a shop gift card only. The only exception to our preorder cancellation policy is if a garments shipping is delayed significantly beyond the OESW (original estimated shipping week) in that instance, you may opt to cancel your preorder but the refund will be processed again, as a shop gift card only. You must wait until the original estimated shipping week has lapsed before starting a cancellation request to cancel your preorder for a shop gift cardPlease understand we can not make any other exceptions to these policies. 

 

 

  • Please note, estimated dates are always listed within the garments listing during the original sale for you to review prior to purchasing. Please keep in mind these are only as stated above - estimates. Dates may change slightly or significantly, but we will keep you in the loop along the way. with the current preorders chart below on this page. Preorder dates are never guaranteed as all listings note, we attempt to make our best estimate based on current production logs. Delays do/will happen that we simply can not control such as production delays, customs clearance delays, carrier delays, etc. Unfortunately some of these delays occur without forewarning, which we understand is upsetting :: but we will always try our best to make it right if there is a significant delay, whether it is a mistake with any of the mentioned above or a mistake of our own <3 

 

  • We receive hundreds of orders. It is inevitable that some may receive their orders before others. We can only process a certain number of orders per day - processing includes: inventory counts + quality checking each garment once they arrive to us, packing your order for fulfillment, and weighing package + creating shipping labels so it can finally make it's way to you! 

 

Below you will find the following info for each preorder so you can easily follow its production status and updates to estimated shipping weeks::

    • Collection or Style Name - name of collection or style below info coordinates with
    • Current production status (CPS) - the current status of the preorders production process, shipping process, etc. Please see the CPS key below as it explains each phase the preorder collections moves through. Please keep in mind production takes several weeks to complete, therefore updates to this page will not happen often, only as the garment moves to the next "status phase".
    • Estimated shipping week
      • Original estimated shipping week (OESW) - These estimates are the original estimates that were listed in each preorder on date of sale. Estimated shipping is given a "week" instead of set date, as the number of orders we receive during preorders do take more than one day to ship. Our shipping week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. Please keep in mind shipping dates are only ESTIMATES as noted in each preorder listing and preorder notes + policies, ship dates are not guaranteed and may alter. Any updates to this original estimate will be noted as a (UESW) - updated estimated shipping week. 

         

      • Updated estimated shipping week (UESW) - any updates to the original estimated shipping week will be displayed as an "UESW - updated estimated shipping week". These changes to the original shipping week may be because of manufacture production delays, customs clearance delays, and/or carrier transit delays - many of these events are unfortunately out of our control and sometimes not foreseen in advance. We will do our very best to make any updates to the original shipping week as soon as possible if one were to occur. If a preorder displays a "UESW" then you are able to request a cancellation for your preorder according to the above preorder policies if you do not wish to wait.

    CURRENT PREORDERS 2025 ::

    Once the preorder collection has been fulfilled and shipped to customers it will be removed from the list below. If the collection is NOT listed below and you did not receive a ship notice with tracking please send an email to hello@janeandjo.com so we can help! Signing into your shop account on the site can be helpful in locating you're tracking #. 

    If you have received your fulfillment email with tracking but it has not yet scanned in with the carrier AND it has been more then 4 business days from that notice (M-F) please send an email so we can be of more assistance <3 hello@janeandjo.com 

    Cancellation requests on eligible preorders can be started in our Returns/Exchanges portal found here http://janejoclothingco.returnscenter.com

    Please note, during the week of 11/3 website updates will be happening and some pages my loose its function while we work on the new layouts! If you do not see your preorder collection below or it has not updated, it will once the page updates are finalized as noted in the first paragraph at the top of this page. We are working on bringing in the last two collections which are (mallards and magnolias + autumn florals). 

    If you do not see your collection below and it is not the previous mentioned collections and you have not received your shipping notice, please take a minute to log into your j+j customer account to check if it may have been cancelled and refunded due to fulfillment issues . You can shoot us an email at hello@janeandjo.com if you are unsure!  

    Starting during the week of 11/3 any updates to a preorder collection will also now go out directly via email if it pertains to your order to keep you in the loop. It will also still be available on this page once the layout updates are finished at the end of this week. Please ensure your email settings are allowing our emails to filter into your general inbox so they are not missed, as sometimes they do get filtered into your promotions or spam folders.
