HOW SOON DOES J+J SHIP?

We aim to ship within 3-5 business days or sooner for ready to ship releases. Our business days are Monday-Friday 7AM-2PM CST. Saturday & Sunday you can find us with our family.

WHERE IS J+J LOCATED?

WHERE ARE J+J GARMENTS PRODUCED?

JANE + JO works with a team of designers & seamstresses overseas. They are true artisans that know their craft. Our production factory has been vetted to ensure reliability and quality.

DO WE HAVE A STORE FRONT?

We currently do not have a storefront, but, if you are in Atlanta/Dallas area we may just be at a market, we will post on FB & IG for market dates  :)

CART PASSES?

To use - you must email us with the code given the night before the load up or up until 12 noon on load day CST. Invoices must be paid by 3 PM CST or the cart pass becomes invalid and inventory is returned to the system.

OVERSELLS?

Occasionally due to human or system error, we may oversell a product, in this instance, you will be refunded in full + sent a "cart pass" to use towards a future load for this error.

QUALITY CHECKS?

DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS?
