BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: We cannot state this enough, please read each listing description carefully, use our measurement guides, and always read shop policies in FULL. By making a purchase from Jane + Jo you are agreeing at checkout, that you have read and understand the above and below prior to making any purchase <3 If you have any questions it is always best to ask first, we are happy to help!

Jane + Jo offers returns for STORE CREDIT only. 
Jane + Jo accepts ONE "code" per checkout, codes can not be stacked of any kind.
      • Store Credit, General Discount Codes, Rewards Points Codes, Rep Codes are ALL considered a "code". Only one can be used per checkout. 
After you place an order with Jane + Jo it can not be changed or cancelled or any reason including...
    • Cancellation of order for any reason including - successful cart buddy, no longer need/want, duplicate order placed, discount code forgotten, etc.
    • Change of order for any reason including - address change, addition of discount code, change of size or style, etc.
We would love to be more accommodating but the above changes result in system wide errors including possible ordering and filling errors. You, however, may return your order once received, please refer to return policy below.
Jane + Jo offers 4 different release styles for garments. Those being READY TO SHIP, PREORDER, EXTRAS, and WAREHOUSE SALE.
    • Ready To Ship garments are just that, they are "ready to ship" to you, the customer. These style garments are made in limited quantities and select sizes only. We aim to ship ready to ship garments within 3 business days of sale.
    • Preorder garments are not ready to ship. These are garments that are offered to you, the customer, so you can freely choose your size and style without worry of the garment quickly selling out as ready to ship releases tend to do. Preorder garments are also listed for less than retail ready to ship prices, which makes them more favorable to those looking to save! Once the preorder has closed, production begins and the style & size you ordered is created especially for you! Although, preorders are not unlimited we are able to offer a significant amount of orders to be placed opposed to the limited nature of our other types of sales. Preorder turn around times i.e. shipping date are ALWAYS listed within the product description, please do check out in quick view and miss this important info. For full shop policies regarding preorders please read PREORDER POLICIES below.
    • Extras are garments that we have ordered extra of to meet production minimums for preorders. If a preorder style does not sell the minimum amount we need to move into production, we (Jane + Jo) cover the extras needed. We will then list these extras on the site. Extras are not ready to ship unless otherwise noted, we normally will list what we ordered as extras a few weeks into the original preorders production. These will ship to you, the customer at the same time as the original preorder. All dates will be listed within the listing description. We do not have every size available when we list extras, only the sizes and quantities we have ordered overage of. Extras follow the same polices as preorders, please read on below.
    • Warehouse Sale garments are ready to ship garments that are considered to be "flawed". They are discounted because of the nature of the flaw which can include one or more of the following - Misprints, Bleeds, Marks, Significant Sewing Workmanship Defects or any other characteristic we deem to be a flaw. They do NOT have any rips or holes, they still must pass a flawed quality check before we list them to ensure they are overall, still wearable. These garments are considered to be new and unwashed despite being flawed. Warehouse Sale garments are final sale and can not be returned for store credit. 

  • All sales that are considered to be "ready to ship" are shipped within 3 business days of ordering. Our business days are Monday - Thursday 8AM - 2PM. This timeframe does not apply to preorders, see last bullet.
  • All orders are shipped from Houston, TX.
  • Please review your shipping address at checkout prior to completing any purchase. Once an order is placed we are unable to accommodate shipping changes, such as address changes within the ordering system.
  • JJ shipping is based on order weight. Minimum shipping is $5.00, while maximum shipping is $8.50. All orders are shipped via USPS.
  • First Class shipping is not insured. However, Priority Mail carries an insured amount of $100. If your shipment arrives damaged please reach to support at hello@janenandjo.com so we can start the USPS claim process. Typically, orders of 1PC will ship First Class and orders with 2PCS or more ship Priority Mail - based on weight.
  • JJ is not responsible for lost packages/misrouted packages within the USPS network once they scan for acceptance by USPS. Once they have scanned in for acceptance by USPS it is their responsibility to carry out delivery. If for some reason a package is lost within the network after a scan of acceptance has occurred you may fill out a USPS Missing Mail Claim on usps.com. If a scan of acceptance has NOT occurred it is JJ responsibly for the missing parcel, please contact support if you feel your shipment may be misrouted or lost.
  • If multiple orders are placed during an like sale JJ reserves the right to combine ship your orders on our filling end (so long as they going to the same address).
  • Please try to checkout only once during a sale to save on shipping as we do not credit back shipping fees for multiple orders placed.
  • Preorders do not not fall into the first bullets timeframe of 3 business days, you MUST read the listing details of preorders prior to purchasing to locate a estimated shipping date. If you are looking for an update on an preorder you have already placed you can "Track Your Preorder" here -You will need your email you ordered with and your order #. This will give you the most up to date information regarding your PO. If you do not have this information available please reach out to support. We highly recommend reviewing our "Preorder Policy" below prior to making any Preorder purchase.

  • 7 days of receipt for STORE CREDIT ONLY (excluding original shipping and handling which is NON- REFUNDABLE for store credit). In addition to the 7 day period your purchase must be
    • UNWORN and UNWASHED
    • In ORIGINAL PACKING
    • HANG TAGS still attached
    • INCLUDE A RETURNS FORM IN SHIPMENT BACK TO US - found here 
or we can not accept your return.

  • HOLIDAY LOUNGEWEAR
  • WAREHOUSE SALE
  • Any garment that feature PANTIES such as PANTY PACKS or BRIEF/PANTY STYLE BOTTOM LOUNGE SETS
Jane + Jo does not provide a return shipping label or mailer for your return. You are responsible for shipping fees back to us. We highly recommend adding tracking to your postage to follow your return. Once we receive your return, STORE CREDIT will be issued WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
Please note, STORE CREDIT is considered a "discount code" in the way it is redeemed per the website system (Shopify). You will not be able to use store credit + a general discount code together within one checkout. Please see next section for more information on codes. Also, please note store credit can not be applied to shipping fees at checkout, the system (Shopify) only allows it to be used towards website purchases only. 
If you are having trouble accessing your store credit please follow this link for instructions. We highly recommend a desktop, laptop, or tablet to access your credit as mobile tends to limit screen size and cuts off the store credit button.
Jane + Jo has selected our manufacturers based on standard and constant quality checks and strive to provide only quality garments. From time to time, due to all products being manufactured by hand, an item you receive may contain a defect. We do our best to quality check products prior to them leaving our shop, but sometime human error may occur. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 7 days and we will provide you with resolution. Our customer support email is hello@janeandjo.com

  • Codes
    • Store Credit, General Discount Codes, Rewards Points Codes, Rep Codes are ALL considered a "code". Only one can be used per checkout. 
    • Codes must be entered at CHECKOUT in the discount code box. Jane + Jo does not adjust orders after they are placed to include addition of discount codes of any kind for any reason.
    • Please reference any "terms and conditions" of the code when it was given to you, exclusions may apply.
    • All codes given in 2020 will have expirations date, be mindful of those.
  • Vouchers
    • Garment vouchers are not considered a "code" but they do follow strict guidelines. Those "terms and conditions" were given to you  when your voucher was issued, please reference them.
    • All vouchers have expiration dates, if your voucher has expired it is not valid for use.
    • If you attempt to sell a voucher on a BST board, your voucher will be void. In the terms and conditions that were sent with your voucher, it notes selling of vouchers are not allowed.
