JJ will be "closed" from Dec. 23 - Jan. 6th to celebrate the Holidays with family. Emails will still be responded to but please allow for extended response time.

All drops happen at 7PM CST. These drops are ready to ship, they are not pre-order releases. Please refer to shop policies for code usage on sales and other important information. We aim to ship RTS releases within 3-5 business days.

Order questions are not approved on the board or answered via PM or DM, it is simply to hard to track in those forms. Please email in for any questions :) Please keep in mind as per pre-order policies, preorder production does not begin until sale has closed for ordering.

Logistically, sales arrive in 5-20+ boxes depending on the sale, They ship scattered to avoid customs holds and flags. This means, we will receive various boxes of the full order on different days throughout the week of fulfillment. We can not begin shipping until we receive all boxes of the same style garments as it results in inventory errors and possible fulfillment errors. While we wait for complete shipments to arrive to us we do start QC (quality control) checks and prep labels so fulfillment is fast once all do arrive :)
Please keep in mind we will complete fulfillment as efficiently and promptly as possible. If you need an order sooner you may email in and we can see if we can help bump up the order in the que. We can not make a guarantee that this can happen but we can try our best.
Any updates will be posted here or emailed as we receive them from our production teams regarding PO's. You can check back weekly to see if anything has a new update or simply email in and we can help!
Moody Blooms Remakes + Lola Lounge Sets - are currently delayed over the estimated shipping date. If you prefer to cancel your order rather than waiting we completely understand, please reach out to support email above with order # for refund options/exchange options + any questions you have. Otherwise, we will be reaching out to those who ordered with resolution above order value around 12.23 if we can not ship garments prior to this date. You will have the opportunity to swap your garment to another upcoming in stock garment if you wish because of this further delay and the effect it may have on size ordered + we will be gifting an additional credit - details will be sent via email. All previous codes sent for Moody remakes are still valid :) If you have not received a code please reach to support.

* Garments still available on site are considered a "pre-sale", meaning they are extras we ordered to reach production minimums. They will arrive at the same time as the pre-ordered garments. We do not have every style and size available for "pre-sale", only the sizes we have selected to produce to reach overall pieces.
